Jeff Abrams from Robert Half is collaborating with an outstanding company in search of a Corporate Accounting Manager. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for acquiring and maintaining a comprehensive understanding of financial reporting and the general ledger structure. Your duties will encompass reviewing quarterly and annual financial statements of Funds to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to US GAAP standards. Furthermore, you will collaborate closely with the Finance management team to ensure precise and punctual audit and tax filings. This involves liaising with external service providers, conducting research on technical tax and accounting matters as necessary, and facilitating both internal and external audit and tax processes.

Key Qualifications:

• CPA certification with a minimum of five years of audit or tax experience, gained either in public accounting or within a private equity or venture firm.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a review capacity, coupled with one year of managerial experience.

• Oversight of one direct report.

Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant financial institution corporate accounting

• Degree in Accounting, Business, or Economics

• CPA or progress towards ideal.
