Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst who focuses on consumer data reporting and analysis. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with data systems, specifically Netsuite, Shopify, and Klaviyo. You will play a critical role in setting up and optimizing data flows between these platforms, ensuring accurate and actionable insights for our marketing, sales, and finance teams. This is a 6-8 month temporary role.
Position Responsibilities
Analyze and report on Netsuite data including integrated data from systems like Shopify and Klaviyo.
Develop, maintain and analyze data flows and integrations between these systems to ensure seamless data accuracy and availability; troubleshoot issues.
Create and manage dashboards, reports, and visualizations that provide actionable insights to key stakeholders.
Support promotional activities in Shopify by creating discount codes and setting product parameters to enable and produce accurate reporting.
Identify sales and product trends or patterns to inform strategic decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
Continuously improve data processes and systems, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Provide training and support to internal teams on using data tools and interpreting data insights.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
3+ years of experience in data analysis and reporting, focusing on retail consumer data
Proficiency in Netsuite and Shopify with experience setting up, analyzing, and troubleshooting data flows between these systems
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Expertise with Google Workspace including advanced knowledge of Google Sheets
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams
Detail-oriented, with a solid commitment to data accuracy and integrity
Nice to have:
Experience with Looker and data visualization tools
Experience in Klaviyo
Work Environment/ Hours / Compensation
This position is a temporary, 6-8 month assignment. The position is full-time, hourly. Candidates can choose to work onsite, remotely or hybrid. The hours for this position are generally 9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, with flexibility to start earlier or later. The rate for this position is $50.00 - $60.00 /hourly, based on experience.
