Jeff Abrams with Robert Half is seeking a dedicated Sr. Accountant to join his client's team. In this role, you will be a vital part of our financial operations, assisting with a variety of activities related to fund accounting, financial reporting, and investment processes.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently manage accounts receivable, accounts payable and expenses, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded

• Support the completion of audit, tax, and year-end deliverables in a timely and accurate manner

• Deliver crucial financial data and analysis by assisting in quarterly reporting

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date portfolio monitoring information

• Handle due diligence requests and RFIs from limited partners with precision

• Collaborate with the finance team on portfolio construction and return analytics

• Play an active role in the investment closing process with the finance and investment teams

• Administer crypto/token operations, including custody, trading, compliance, and audit

• Liaise with external service providers such as auditors, custodians, and legal advisers to ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements

• Contribute to ad hoc projects related to fund operations and performance, demonstrating a proactive approach.

Requirements • Proven experience in Account Reconciliation is mandatory.

• Must have expertise in Balance Sheet Reconciliation.

• Experience in Bank Reconciliations is essential.

• Proficiency in managing the General Ledger is required.

• Must be adept at creating and maintaining Journal Entries.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must-have skill.

• Experience in Month End Close processes is required.

• Familiarity with NetSuite software is a significant advantage.

• Oracle software proficiency is a crucial requirement.

• Experience with SAP systems is highly desirable.
