Wells Fargo Senior Manager, Wires Transformation in SAN FRANCISCO, California

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Manager, Wires Transformation who will manage and accelerate the Payment Transformation Roadmap within Global Treasury Management. This individual will manage a team of subject matter experts, analysts and product team members who will collect & own requirements with cross-functional partners. The team will conduct migration analysis to enable the implementation of a future-proof wire platform and reduce current legacy risks.

This individual will manage, lead, and align cross-functional teams to create exceptional client & customer experiences and products with measurable business outcomes and customer benefits. In this role, you will:

  • Manage and develop teams of managers and individual contributors for leading product strategy

  • Consult, develop, market, and manage performance analysis for products that have high impact on companywide growth opportunities and success

  • Identify and recommend opportunities for product enhancements and business requirements

  • Determine appropriate strategy and actions of product management team to meet moderate to high-risk deliverables

  • Interpret and develop pricing policies and distribution strategies, which may include global considerations

  • Collaborate and consult with product managers, analysts, and multiple level managers

  • Interact directly with vendors

  • Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Product Management

  • Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy

Required Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

  • 3+ years of Management experience

Desired Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of Wires or Payments product management experience within banking or financial services

  • Analytic and strategy experience to evaluate business opportunities and advocate for investments

  • Ability to thrive in a highly matrixed organization working with multiple internal teams

  • Payment Transformation experience (ACH, FedNow, SWIFT, CHIPS)

  • Correspondent Banking

  • Knowledge and understanding of regulatory compliance requirements

  • ISO 20022 Transformation and Global Payments Innovation (gpi) is a big plus

  • Excellent written and verbal communication at all levels

  • Experience with Healthcare industry at large and vendor/provider ecosystem

  • Salary range for San Francisco & New York: $138,500 - 287,600 USD

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$120,400.00 - $287,600.00
