DoorDash Senior Manager, International CPG Ads - Strategy & Operations in San Francisco, California
About the Team
Our Advertising & Promotion team operates at the intersection of e-commerce and advertising, surfacing and monetizing relevant content that benefits our core audiences. We’ve built a retail media network that enables CPG advertisers to easily reach DoorDash audiences and drive sales and category growth. This role will be responsible for the operations and performance of our International CPG Ads & Promos business in Canada and Australia.
About the Role
Own the performance of International Ads & Promos – tracking revenue goals and OKRs, and defining the strategy to attain each
Build a close partnership with Sales team to develop goals, understand and define the operating model to achieve growth within both existing and net-new advertiser cohorts
Partner cross-functionally across core S&O, Product, Engineering, Data Science, PMM and other teams to ensure International markets are integrated through the feature development & new product lifecycle
Lead the GTM motion, partnering with sales enablement to develop trainings, resources, pitch materials to empower Sales team to drive adoption and upsell
Partner with Marketing teams to monetize Internationally-relevant occasions for advertisers
Track progress, identify risks, and problem-solve against blockers towards meeting objectives. Build scalable processes and tools to enable automation and reduce manual work across teams.
Serve as the voice of the International advertiser, using local market nuances and leveraging data to devise the go-to-market playbook accordingly

We’re excited about you because…
You have 8+ years of experience in a role in strategy & operations, business planning, consulting, or product marketing (advertising experience a plus). Start up/early stage experience is a plus.
You have a proven track record of successfully owning revenue or growth goals, leading complex projects, and working cross-functionally in a fast-moving environment.
You’re a data-driven problem solver who is fluent in Excel/Google Sheets and have basic/intermediate+ SQL experience; you’re eager to dive into difficult problems without a playbook, diagnose root causes, analyze data, and devise an action plan.
You thrive while wearing multiple hats and working across a variety of projects and workstreams.
Compensation
The successful candidate's starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.
In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants. Talk to your recruiter for more information.

The base pay for this position ranges from our lowest geographical market up to our highest geographical market within the United States.
$146,200 — $215,000 USD
