Introduction to the team
We are currently seeking an Internal Audit Senior to be part of our Health Care Consulting (HCC) practice. This area of the HCC practice provides internal audit and customized business solution services such as risk assessments, assessing internal controls, operational effectiveness, and efficiency reviews. Our HCC practice also provides unique opportunities to work with C-Suite executives around process improvement, conducting interviews with process owners, documenting risk and controls, and reviewing or documenting policies and procedures. Strong motivation to meet client deadlines, provide excellent client service and maintain strong client relationships

Ability to research complex issues and provide recommendations for consideration internally
Ability to complete drafts formal reports including risk assessments, audit plan programs, and internal audit reports
Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field required
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis upon hire. Moss Adams will not consider candidates for this position who require sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future (e.g., H-1B status).
Two years of experience in external or internal audit, internal control testing and documentation, internal control assessments, and report writing required
Previous experience in auditing or reviewing business processes, analyzing business risks, implementing new compliance and accounting standards and risk assessments required
Intermediate word processing and spreadsheet knowledge and skills
Ability to work with data analytics software, ACL preferred
Recent Internal Audit experience preferred
Willingness and ability to travel up to 30%

This is the typical range of pay for the position; however, actual pay may vary based on experience, skillset, and location. This position may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
