Title: Senior Fund Accountant

Location: San Francisco (Hybrid schedule)

Salary: $110k-125k base + Bonus

About the Company: This entity is a prominent venture capital firm that exclusively focuses on a niche sector with 1b+ AUM

Key Responsibilities:

• Support audit, tax, and year-end deliverables ensuring accurate and timely completion.

• Assist in quarterly reporting, providing crucial financial data and analysis.

• Manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, and expenses efficiently.

• Provide support for portfolio monitoring and liaise with the finance team on portfolio construction.

• Oversee Crypto/Token administration, including custody, trading, compliance, and audit.

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or equivalent experience.

• 3+ years of experience in fund administration or financial services.

• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, specifically for investment funds.

• Knowledge of CLOs or Structured Finance is a plus.

• Highly motivated self-starter with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
