An SEC-registered investment adviser, overseeing more than $2 billion in capital across five innovative venture capital funds and their SPVs.

Reporting directly to the CFO and VP of Finance, you'll play an essential role in managing the firm’s valuations, financial operations, and investor communications.

Responsibilities:

• Lead valuations for complex portfolio models, including Level 3 investments.

• Build and maintain advanced Excel models.

• Analyze fund and portfolio transaction documents.

• Work with portfolio company executives to gather financial data.

• Manage capital calls, distributions, and carried interest calculations.

• Oversee NAV reviews and assist with fund financial statements and audits.

• Assist in preparing tax returns and investor communications.

• Support the compliance program with the CCO.

• Create investor communications and performance reports.

Requirements

• We’re looking for a valuation expert who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings a creative, problem-solving approach.

• 4+ years of experience in VC/PE, Big 10 audit, or fund administration with portfolio valuations.

• Advanced Excel skills and strong accounting knowledge.

• Detail-oriented and comfortable taking ownership in a small team.

• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with QuickBooks Online is a plus.
