Anaplan is looking for a tenacious Executive Administrative Assistant to join one of the fastest-growing cloud vendors and make your mark on the industry. This role will report to the Sr. Executive Assistant to the CEO and will support the Office of the CEO of this organization.

The Executive Administrative Assistant is a critically important role, enabling the leaders to work most optimally with internal and external partners and fulfill commitments. This is a highly strategic and facilitative role that requires a combination of focus, flexibility, and maturity. This role requires a highly resourceful individual with strong integrity, presentation, self-motivation, verbal/written communication, and analytical skills. Most of all we are looking for someone with a great attitude, high energy, a sense of humor, and an extremely high work ethic.

Insight on your impact
High level of interaction with all functions, C-level executives, and SVPs throughout the company.
Working closely with key customers, partners, prospects, and other stakeholders by scheduling meetings, organizing follow-ups, and ensuring follow through, in partnership with Sr. Executive Assistant.
Planning and managing the calendar & travel including scheduling cost-effective air/hotel/ground transportation. Create detailed travel itineraries.
Managing and submitting Expenses
Coordinating closely with other cross-functional departments, and other senior executive's EAs within Anaplan
Your qualifications, your influence
To be successful in the role, you have the following skills:
Minimum of 5 years of related business experience supporting an executive, preferably in a SaaS organization
High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and dealing with professionals inside and outside the company
Master in Microsoft Office
Effective at preparing documents/presentations, presenting and communicating important insights and recommendations
Event planning, expense report, and calendar management experience
Ability to multitask, complete items & be flexible based on constantly evolving deadlines
Excellent writing, speaking, and grammar skills
