Our client, One of the Leading Apparel Brand based in San Francisco CA is seeking a Sample Coordinator to join their team. As a Sample Coordinator, you will be part of the Fashion team. The ideal candidate will have experience in sample coordinating/management and thrive in a fast-paced office environment. This role involves managing the timely receipt of samples for each seasonal flow, maintaining organization, and ensuring accurate records of all samples received.

Job Title: Sample Coordinator

Location: San Francisco CA 94105[Onsite]

Pay Range:$ 20-24/HR

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate the timely receipt of samples for each seasonal flow, ensuring deadlines are met.

Maintain organized records of all samples received, including tracking and documenting receiving information.

Communicate effectively with the Merchandising team to discuss sample arrivals, delays, and any issues that may arise.

Build and maintain strong relationships with Brand Merchandising Assistants (MAs) to ensure smooth sample coordination.

Assemble copy fact sheets using multiple systems to support the product development process.

Provide support to the entire team with various projects as needed.
