Meta RL Manager, Product Data Operations in San Francisco, California
Summary:
Meta is looking for an Operations leader to join the Product Data Operations (PDO) team. PDO provides data and insights that power machine learning and AI, at the core of all Meta products. As a Data Collection Manager on the PDO Reality Labs team, you will manage a team of Project Managers and will lead the strategy, execution, and delivery of high-quality data collection projects that power Meta's hardware devices and user experiences. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and researchers, to ensure that our data collection efforts align with business objectives and drive product innovation.

RL Manager, Product Data Operations Responsibilities:
Lead a team of Project Managers to deliver high quality data to product and engineering teams in the Reality Labs
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to identify data collection requirements and strategies to increase efficiency and agility in the space
Identify and initiate opportunities for new projects or focus areas for Reality Labs
Utilize tools, systems, and data to help the team analyze trends and deliver insights to define goals and improve processes
Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to support data collection efforts
Attract, build, manage, and develop a highly-skilled team with a broad rang of experiences
Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree
10+ years of experience in hardware development, operations, or project management
3+ years of people management experience
Experience prioritizing and ensuring key initiatives move forward, managing multiple cross-functional stakeholders, and working in a deadline driven environment
Experience building, optimizing and scaling programs and teams

Experience building 0-1 hardware products
Experience in AI or machine learning
Technical fluency to understand, communicate and drive impact in highly technical and fast-moving problem spaces
Public Compensation:
$143,000/year to $202,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
