The BD Partnerships team at Amazon Music is focused on driving growth through 3P partnerships and programs that attract and engage customers, while innovating with partners to find new ways for people to find and listen to music. We are seeking a Product Manager to join the BD team’s tech team to support this vision.
As a Product Manager for BD Partnerships, you will be responsible for helping to drive the strategy and execution of Amazon Music integrations with third-party partners. You will work closely with Business Development, Engineering, and external partners to deliver high-quality music experiences across various platforms and devices.
Key job responsibilities
• Drive the product strategy and roadmap for Amazon Music's 3P integration platform and developer tools
• Work with engineering teams to define technical requirements and deliver new features and capabilities
• Partner with Business Development teams to understand partner needs and translate them into scalable technical solutions
• Define and track key metrics to measure success of partner integrations and inform product decisions
• Manage prioritization across multiple stakeholders including internal teams and external partners
• Drive improvements to developer experience and partner onboarding processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful partner launches and ongoing optimization
• Lead regular stakeholder reviews and maintain clear communication about roadmap and priorities
Basic Qualifications
4+ years of customer-facing product development and product management, including defining, launching, and optimizing product and services experience
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative/technical field such as computer science, engineering, statistics
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of agile product development and life-cycle management process
Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver products and online services on tight deadlines
Track record of driving complex technical projects from conception to launch
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $116,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $201,100/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
