Focusing on delivering incremental value through iterative enhancements, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including developers, UX designers, data analysts, and business stakeholders—to bring impactful mobile features to market. In this role, you'll leverage your expertise in mobile applications, including SDK integrations and performance optimization, to conduct in-depth business analyses, deliver insights at all organizational levels, and guide teams in executing product strategies that meet business objectives.

What You'll Do

  • Gain a deep understanding of customer needs, both existing and potential, to deliver a best-in-class shopping experience across Gap, Banana Republic, Old Navy, and Athleta.

  • Translate business goals and customer insights into product strategy, communicating direction and priorities to development teams, cross-functional partners, and third-party stakeholders.

  • Forecast ROI, report on product performance post-launch, drive adoption, and lead optimization initiatives.

  • Define goals, metrics, and analytics to evaluate product value; make data-driven recommendations and continuously refine the product backlog based on insights and learnings.

  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog, making strategic decisions based on the value delivered to the business.

  • Stay current on industry trends and standards to drive continuous improvement in processes, tools, and methodologies.

  • Formulate, test, and refine hypotheses through user research and testing to validate product decisions.

  • Create, prioritize, and manage user stories, integrating them into release planning to ensure alignment with product goals.

  • Oversee product lifecycles by evaluating performance, analyzing customer insights, and identifying future product needs to address market demands proactively.

  • Communicate product strategy, including roadmaps, requirements, value propositions, and competitive insights to stakeholders at all levels.

  • Build strong relationships with key business partners and brand stakeholders, articulating product needs clearly to diverse audiences and cross-functional teams

Who You Are

  • Proven experience in designing, building, and implementing platforms, APIs, and complex customer-facing capabilities, especially within mobile applications, including SDK integrations.

  • Skilled in working with large software engineering teams across various domains, with a strong focus on mobile application development.

  • Demonstrated technical acumen; able to influence and debate solutions with technical team members, understand technology solutions and trade-offs, and communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex situations, analyze data, and make informed decisions to recommend effective solutions.

  • Experience with modern software development practices, agile methodologies, and working in fast-paced, dynamic environments where priorities shift frequently.

  • Adaptive and resilient, with the ability to pivot quickly and deliver results in changing conditions.

  • Effective communicator, skilled in influencing and collaborating with both functional and technical teams at all levels of the organization.

  • Proven track record of working collaboratively as part of cross-functional, modern software design, and development teams.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify new market opportunities, set goals, define metrics, and transform ideas into actionable plans that drive product value.

  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and tackling problems where solutions are not fully defined.

  • Results-oriented, capable of developing strong business cases that shape team roadmaps and drive strategic initiatives.

  • Strong collaborator with a talent for building partnerships and working towards shared objectives across the organization.
