Anaplan is taking this backdrop as an opportunity to evolve and align our organization and talent practices. We are seeking an experienced L&OD leader who will sit within the HR Leadership and Organization function at Anaplan. This role will partner with HR and internal business partners to design and implement solutions that will globally scale. Your Impact

  • Lead and manage work related to talent and organization development that builds internal capacity for Anaplan to scale.

  • This work includes Organization Design & Change Management, Leadership & Talent Planning, Capability Definition, Assessment, Performance Management System Design, Learning & Development and Employee Experience and Engagement.

  • Work with multiple internal partners, including HR Business Partners and Business Leaders to design and enable organization and talent solutions that scale across the globe to support business growth.

  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver results, including partner management, workshop facilitation and project/program management.

  • Focus on global scalability of all programs and solutions and audit/measure effectiveness of programs owned and continuous improvement efforts.

  • Build and evolve talent practices that will require your creativity, innovation, flexibility, and collaboration skills.

Your Qualifications

  • A minimum of 7-10 years of relevant work experience related to the following areas: Organization Design & Change Management, Leadership & Talent Planning, Assessment and Development, Competency Definition, Performance Management, and Employee Experience;

  • Ability to scale Organization Change and Talent practices with strong business and HR partnerships;

  • Experience leading business transformation initiatives based on understanding of organization design, business process, project management methodologies, and leading practices in human capital;

  • Ability to analyze and synthesize complex data to derive concrete insights to frame problems/solutions;

  • Capacity to manage ambiguity and competing priorities;

  • Demonstrable ability to influence senior executives across an organization;

  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future;

  • Travel as necessary, but expect minimal travel in foreseeable future;

  • Bachelor’s degree required;

Preferred Skills

  • Previous experience in an HR Leadership & Org Development function and/or relevant experience in human capital advisory services within a major consulting firm;

  • Master's degree in related field.
