Lyft Lease Administrator in San Francisco, California

The Lyft Real Estate and Operations team is looking for a talented Lease Administrator to support our real estate portfolio. Lyft’s real estate portfolio spans multiple asset classes, so we are looking for talented, dynamic individuals with a wide range of commercial real estate experience. As a department of one, this role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the lease process and portfolio maintenance and management, which is critical to the success of our Real Estate team.
Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with all lease terms
Work closely with Accounts Payable to confirm that payments of rent and operating expenses are paid on time to landlords and vendors
Assist with ensuring all Security Deposits/Letters of Credit are paid and tracked
Manage Certificates of Insurance for all locations
Manage receipt of tenant allowances due from landlords
Analyze and abstract lease terms, help to determine course of action when needed
Manage landlord disputes
Prepare lease related correspondence, including estoppels, SNDAs, commencement agreements
Work cross functionally to ensure we remain in compliance with internal and external auditor requirements
Participate in the development and implementation of best practices and procedures
Experience:
5 years of experience in Lease Administration
Good with database and record keeping
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience using SpaceBase
Proficient in Excel and Word, or equivalent software

This role will be in-office on a hybrid schedule — Team Members will be expected to work in the office 3 days per week on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Additionally, hybrid roles have the flexibility to work from anywhere for up to 4 weeks per year. #Hybrid
The expected base pay range for this position in the San Francisco area is $108,000 - $135,000. Salary ranges are dependent on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience and geographic location. Range is not inclusive of potential equity offering, bonus or benefits.
