Responsibilities:

• Manage and track financial notices from investments (Capital Calls, Distributions, K-1s).

• Distribute finance and investment reports to relevant parties.

• Manage requests from auditors and tax providers.

• Support Fund Accountants

• Provide administrative support to the CFO and Finance Department.

• Reconcile and manage CFO’s monthly expense reports.

• Organize and coordinate meetings and events, including preparation of materials and agendas.

  Requirements

• 2-4 years' experience in Fund Accounting (Private Equity, Venture Capital, Fund of Fund, Hedge Fund)

• Investment management client exposure.

• Degree in Accounting, Business, or Economics.

• CPA is a plus.

• Strong time management and organizational skills required for fast-paced, collaborative environments.
