A leading SF-based venture firm in cryptocurrencies, blockchain, fintech, and online marketplaces is offering a unique opportunity for those passionate about digital finance.

Responsibilities:

• Report to the Controller, contributing to high-impact projects

• Handle tax review and fund accounting

• Lead tax planning and review returns at the fund level

• Manage relationships with tax vendors and investors

• Support financial accounting, audits, and fundraising efforts

Requirements

• 5+ years of tax experience in asset management, preferably in VC/PE

• Advanced Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables)

• CPA preferred

• Knowledge of R& D tax credits, international tax, and corporate tax principles

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
