Responsibilities:

• Support the monthly NAV process, including investor allocations, waterfall calculations, management fees, performance metrics, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.

• Collaborate with fund administrators, auditors, and valuation agents to ensure compliance with financial statements, tax coordination, and cash management procedures.

• Assist with administrative tasks such as vendor payments and wire transfers while maintaining accounting controls and supporting the CFO/Controller in daily operations.

• Oversee trading operations, including margin calls, derivative trades, ISDA reporting, and private investment deal closings.

• Manage investor relations, handling capital calls, distributions, subscriptions, reconciliations, and reporting, while updating CRM data and investor materials.

• Assist with regulatory compliance filings and provide necessary documentation for audits and compliance testing.

  Requirements

• 3+ years of fund accounting experience (including fund administration or public accounting), with a preference for hedge fund experience.

• Familiarity with financial instruments, fund vehicles, and alternative investments.

• CPA certification is a plus.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.

• Strong knowledge of GAAP and proficiency in Excel.

• Excellent communication skills with a keen attention to detail and organizational abilities.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Team player who can also work independently.
