CompuCom Desktop Support Technician I - A+ in San Francisco, California

Monday-Friday, 8 am to 5 pm shift – may be adjusted 1 hour later or earlier depending on client need and current shift allocation. Overview:

  • Computer imaging, AD provisioning via various media

  • Software install / re-install (including VMWare)

  • New hires provisioning and remote provisioning

  • Asset recovery


  • 6 months to 1 year of related experience

  • A+ certification

  • Solid experience and understanding of IT services and products

  • Good verbal and written communication skills required

  • Ability to transform technical IT language into terms everyone understands

  • Relatable with customers and impeccable with follow-through

  • Not intimidated by problems you’ve never seen before – confidence is key!

  • Hungry to work hard and hungry to grow your career!

  • Ability to lift 50 lbs., stoop, kneel, and climb and stamina to stand up most of the day
