Title: Desktop Support Engineer (AV, Executive Support)

Job Description

A major Ecommerce company is currently hiring a Desktop Support Engineer in San Francisco. You will be responsible for the Audio/Visual environment, A/V events, and video conference meetings. Day to day you will administer the AV systems, health checks on meeting facilities, testing protocols, set up before hand and support during meetings.

Required Skills & Experience

· Zoom video conferencing

· Video camera operation including recording and switching

· Audio/visual signal flow and routing

· Familiar with PC and Mac

· Network fundamentals

· Strong communication skills

· Customer service approach

· Comfortable with multitasking and staying calm in high stress situations

Desired Skills & Experience

· Previous FOH or live audio production experience

· Previous event production experience

· CTS certification

What You Will Be Doing

· 100% Hands On

· 20% Projects

· 80% Maintenance
