Strong Analytical skills- with the ability to interpret data and translate into actionable insights, recommendations and action plans.
Budget Ownership Experience – ability to manage, administer, report and track financial allocation for all ERGs.
Minimum 4-6 years of work experience, employee resource group leadership experience required
DEI certifications a plus, but not required
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business, a plus
How you will lead
Drives and supports all Employee Resource Groups (ERG)
Serves as an advisor to Global ERG Leaders and Executive Sponsors
Provide feedback on annual ERG strategies
Support the recruitment and selection of global ERG leaders – lead the process and serve as an approver for all ERG Leader hiring efforts.
Develop, maintain and administer all processes, op mechs and infrastructure to ensure the ERGs are functioning successfully.
Redesign/ Transform the ERG model
With feedback from employees, make improvements in the current structure and processes to continue to elevate our ERGs.
Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Strategy Support
Lead the annual Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Survey efforts.
Support the Intuit Scholarship Program
Own a portion of the DEI Training portfolio
Lead additional DEI programming as needed
