Description
We are seeking an interim detail-oriented and analytical Partner Due Diligence Senior Analyst to support a large tech client. This role involves conducting thorough due diligence reviews, documenting findings with clarity, and supporting the development of workflows and standard operating procedures (SOPs). The ideal candidate will have strong research skills, a meticulous approach to identifying risks, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Perform day-to-day partner due diligence reviews in line with company policies and procedures.
Analyze information to identify potential risks, including reputational, financial, legal, and compliance-related concerns.
Accurately document the results of due diligence reviews in the company’s online platform with clarity and precision.
Prepare detailed reports summarizing findings and recommendations for internal stakeholders.
Draft and update standard operating procedures (SOPs), workflows, and job aids to ensure consistency in the due diligence process.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine and enhance due diligence practices.
Monitor and manage the integrity of partnerships, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards.
Escalate potential integrity issues and recommend appropriate actions when necessary.
Conduct online research on corporate ownership structures, ultimate beneficial owners, and other relevant information to support due diligence efforts.
Utilize various tools, databases, and publicly available resources to gather critical information.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Finance, or a related field (advanced degree or certifications in compliance or risk management are a plus).
5+ years of experience in due diligence, compliance, risk management, or a related field.
Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information.
Proficiency in using online research tools and due diligence platforms.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Familiarity with corporate governance structures, beneficial ownership, and anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.
