Tomo Credit Customer Service Agent in San Francisco, California

The Role

TomoCredit is looking for a Customer Service Agent to help support all things Tomo related to customer experience.  This position will allow you to interact with people and problem solve daily!  If you have great communication with attention to detail and active listening skills, this position is for you.  Since you would be joining TomoCredit early on this position will allow you to help build out processes and help our customers have an enjoyable experience. 

What You'll Be Doing

  • Provide customers with a seamless onboarding experience from the minute our customers first contact support.

  • Help customers navigate their user dashboard/payment process.

  • Educate customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner.

  • Respond to customers with knowledge and deep empathy, in a timely manner.

  • Identify and resolve issues for customers experiencing technical issues, working closely with our technical support team.

  • Identify and resolve possible fraudulent activity, working with our internal review team.

  • Collecting and summarizing feedback from customers to improve the customer experience.

  • Be accountable for the results of your work, our product, and our company. 

    What You'll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • Prior sales or customer support experience

  • Fluency in English, additional languages are a plus

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Previous experience with a CRM, familiarity with Zendesk is plus

  • Be a collaborator; if there’s a more complex issue that you can’t solve yourself, you’ll seek help from other teams
