Are you a Commercial Attorney looking for their next role? We are seeking an experienced Corporate Counsel to join a leading organization in San Francisco, CA, on a contract basis. As a Corporate Counsel, you will play a crucial role in providing legal support and guidance to our organization. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fun and dynamic team!

Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial contracts, including vendor agreements, service agreements, and licensing agreements.

• Provide legal counsel and guidance to internal stakeholders on commercial matters.

• Identify and mitigate legal risks associated with commercial transactions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.

• Stay abreast of legal developments affecting the company's operations.

  Requirements

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

• Admission to the California State Bar or eligibility for registration as in-house counsel in California.

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience practicing law as a transactional attorney, focusing on commercial transactions.

• Strong drafting and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
