As a Billing Clerk, your duties will consist of reviewing bills and compiling data into spreadsheets and accounting software. This long-term contract / temporary to hire Billing Clerk is based in the San Francisco, California area.

Your responsibilities in this role

• Assess billing documents and other data for accuracy and completeness, tracking down missing or correct data when necessary

• Examine, evaluate, and process invoices or bills for services rendered

• Work closely with other functional teams to ensure data quality and accuracy

• Institute financial procedures and controls Requirements - Excellent oral and written communication skills

• 2+ years of experience in a related role

• Electronic billing experience

• Comprehensive knowledge of billing

• High-Volume Invoicing experience

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance

• Experience with high volume data entry

• Prior experience working with spreadsheets, internet applications and ERP systems
