Description

Robert Half is seeking a talented and passionate attorney to join our San Francisco client's plaintiff-side personal injury team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive client interviews to understand the facts and assess the merits of potential cases.

• Investigate accidents and gather evidence, including medical records, police reports, and witness statements.

• Develop strong legal strategies and negotiate effectively with insurance companies to obtain fair settlements for clients.

• Prepare and file all necessary legal documents, adhering to strict deadlines.

• Represent clients in court proceedings, depositions, and mediations if necessary.

• Stay up-to-date on relevant laws and legal precedents in personal injury law.

• Collaborate effectively with colleagues, paralegals, and support staff.

  Requirements

Qualifications

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in plaintiff-side personal injury litigation (or demonstrably relevant legal experience).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and meet deadlines.

• Proven track record of success in obtaining favorable outcomes for clients (preferred).

• Membership in the State Bar of California is a requirement.

• Prior experience working in the San Francisco Bay Area is a plus.
