Responsibilities:

• Review invoices, prepare authorizations, code, enter into the system, process payments, and handle year-end 1099s.

• Help create and maintain budgets; prepare reports for financial tracking and forecasting.

• Reconcile accounts and assist with quarterly reviews and annual audits.

• Prepare financial statements, cash flow statements, and projections.

• Prepare funding requests, monitor receipts, and manage cash flow.

• Confirm deposits, assist with remittances, and prepare related reports.

• Update models and maintain data for investor reports

  Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field

• 2-4 years of experience in investment management

• Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and advanced Excel

• Experienced with QuickBooks and NetSuite

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

• Personable, collaborative, and driven

• Organized, effective communicator, and detail-oriented
