Job Description

We seek a highly motivated Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team. This role is perfect for sales enthusiasts with a natural communication flair and a relentless drive to succeed in a high-energy setting. As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts, from lead generation to closing deals, all while championing the ManageCasa brand and values.

 

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation: Actively seek out and connect with prospective customers, arranging 20 daily demos to highlight the features of ManageCasa software.

Partnership Building: Collaborate with the sales team to cultivate and strengthen relationships with prospective customers.

Effective Communication: Utilize outstanding communication skills to captivate and inform potential users about the benefits of our product.

Innovative Strategy: Employ creative techniques for lead generation and sales tactics.

Market Insight: Conduct comprehensive market research to understand client needs and identify new business opportunities.

Product Expertise: Master the intricacies of our property management software to articulate its value proposition to potential clients effectively.

Prospect Engagement: Serve as the initial touchpoint for new prospects, guiding them through the sales funnel.

Team Synergy: Contribute innovative ideas and strategies in collaborative team settings.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

  • Demonstrated success in sales roles.

  • Superior communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Knowledge of the enterprise SaaS and/or property management software sectors, or the ability to rapidly assimilate new information.

  • Driven, self-motivated personality with a strong desire for continuous learning and prospect engagement.

  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar tools.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and teamwork skills.

  • Experience with HubSpot CRM and Gong is desirable.

  • A HOA and Rental property management background will be considered an asset.
