DocMatter Inc. Account Executive - Physician Medical Societies in San Francisco, California

We are fast becoming a household name among clinicians worldwide who consistently rely on the DocMatter platform to connect with their peers, learn from experts, gain insights, and stay up to date with the latest clinical data, best practices, and therapeutic innovations in medicine. Our goal is to bring our innovative platform to every clinician in the world.

We are seeking individuals who are eager to impact the delivery of healthcare at scale by developing partnerships with medical associations, medical association management companies, doctors, and allied health professionals. You will have a highly visible, multi-faceted role that directly reports to the Vice President of Sales.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified medical associations and medical association management companies

  • Deliver both in-person and web-based presentations to physician leaders and executives from prestigious medical societies and associations

  • Build relationships with key stakeholders and organize the strategy towards forming strategic partnerships

  • Travel to medical conferences to build relationships with and support prospective partners

Requirements

You must be an ambitious self-starter who is organized and details oriented with excellent communications skills and a passion for healthcare. Most importantly, you must be willing and eager to collaborate with C-level and executive association managers, physician leaders from prestigious medical associations, and their supportive staff by email and on the phone at a regular cadence.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 1-3 years experience in at least one of the following: member services for a medical association or other non-profit healthcare company, healthcare software sales, customer success; other relevant healthcare experience will be considered

  • Demonstrated excellence in verbal, written, and presentation skills

  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus
