VERTEX CONTRACTORS LLC Concrete Finisher in San Elizario, Texas
Experience:
Minimum of one year experience hands on as a concrete finisher is required for this position.
Education: Not a factor
Language: English required (Spanish is a plus) to communicate with clients and staff.
** Bilingual preferred
Driver's License: Standard Class C License is required to operate company vehicles and complete assigned job tasks.
Requirements:

Must submit to a background check
Must have good vision, eye and hand coordination.

Must have some ability to estimate size and dimensions.
Basic mathematical skills.
Minimum experience with
hand and power tools, materials and equipment used in performing concrete construction and finishing work.
Knowledge of use of concrete and various cement mixtures.
Must have

Duties:
Responsible for and required to perform a variety of tasks including, placing, finishing, protecting and repairing concrete. Responsible for setting concrete forms, ensuring they have correct depth and angles.
The following list contains many of the duties to be performed but is not all inclusive. They are:
Organizes worksite to ensure availability of needed tools, equipment and materials and to ensure job site safety.
Correctly build forms, pour and finish cement surfaces to specification.
Pours concrete to construct curbs, gutters, sidewalks, driveway aprons, ramps and other concrete structures to engineering specifications.
