Pay Rate:
The pay rate for this job is $20 - $20 / hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis unless a deadline is otherwise stated.
What you'll be doing as a Accounts Payable:
Enter received invoices accurately and timely, ensuring all necessary documentation and approvals are obtained in accordance with the department and corporation.
Ensure timely payments of outstanding vendors.
Preform research and reconciliation of vendor statements.
Initiate contact with internal and external parties, as needed for supporting documents or missing information.
Meeting accounting deadlines for month end process and closing cycle
Perform other related duties or special projects as assigned
Available shifts:
Shift Timings - 1st Shift (Day)
Job requirements:
5 years Accounts payable experience
Must be used to high transaction and fast paced environment
Knowledge of QuickBooks
Highly detailed
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excel as well as Microsoft
Ability to meet deadlines
Must have experience with Quick Books 2024 Desktop
