Intuit Staff Program Manager, Global University Programs in San Diego, California

Intuit is looking for a Staff Program Manager, Global University Programs to join our Talent Acquisition Programs Team. As a Staff Program Manager you will be focused on building programs for:

  • Student Engagement Experience (from Offer Accept to Start Date): responsible for curating and customizing experiences before any NCG, Intern or Co-Op joins the organizations. Will include keep warm strategies, touch points, and comms with all talent and customized per geo/talent type.

  • Intern/Co-Op Experience: responsible for creating, implementing and managing the global intern and co-op experience and all cohorts on an annual basis.

  • New Grad/Early Career Experience: responsible for researching and forming recommendations and program plan for all early career hires into the organization.

This role will be leading transformation as we move into FY25 from new program creation in the Student Engagement Experience and reimagining the Intern/Co-Op and NCG programs that currently exist to better align to our business needs in Skills of the Future and the need to expand programs Globally.

This role will report to the Senior Program Manager of the UR Global Center of Excellence (COE).

This role can be based in San Diego, Mountain View, Atlanta, New York City, or Toronto.

What you'll bring

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university in the field of education in Instructional Design, Human Resources, Business, Humanities, Business Management or related degree or equivalent experience

  • 5+ years of experience in design and management of corporate programs, with a preference to university/early career programs experience

  • Experience in global university relations/recruiting with a preference to global program management

  • Experience using Google Suite, project management software (ie: smartsheets)

  • Strong ability to solve complex problems, excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as strong understanding of how to utilize data to build strategic programs

  • Track record of using data and insights to drive change and implement new initiatives

  • Strong communication skills, ability to clearly articulate insights to a wide range of audiences (technical & non-technical)

  • Strong program management and organization skills and ability to manage multiple projects and work with multiple business partners.

  • Intellectual curiosity, flexibility, and high attention to detail

  • Thrives in a fast-paced work environment, prioritizing and executing on the most critical projects

  • Ability to multitask with extreme organization

  • PMP Certification preferred, but not required

How you will lead

  • End to end program management from strategy creation, delivery of programs, executions and iteration/enhancements-\

  • Event planning (calendar invites, catering, materials needed for speakers)

  • Pre Program logistics (ensuring addresses are accurate, acquiring and shipping of any pre-program swag, etc)

  • Maintains central repository for all program documents

  • Ensures program links on any internal sites are accurate and up to date

  • Helps to manage program Slack channels and escalates any immediate needs or identified risks to program manager

  • Keeps data on program participants

  • Maintains all performance evaluation final rankings of interns/co-ops and tracks conversion status (or if system automation can do this, provides timely reports to Program Manager)

  • PostProgram logistic support including tracking of last day check-ins, intern last day needs
