What You'll Get To Do:

  • Support the preparation of consolidation financial closing, prepare consolidated financial analyses, and all accounting functions necessary to maintain compliant GAAP guidelines.

  • Summarizing Monthly Financials, Actual and Forecast Reports to PLSA Top Management.

  • Collecting KPI data from group companies and summarize current month flash

  • After reviewing data of each business line, complete and formulate current month actualBased on the quarterly forecast, summarize and make reports to PLSA top management.

  • Distributing the reports to top management.

  • Reconcile monthly statements, provide audits if necessary.

  • Audit payable and receivables.

  • Arranging Consolidated Reports to Parent Company PC HQ

  • Completing PC HQ reports using PNA monthly financial reports.

  • Formulating quarterly data base for PLSA.

  • Formulating Monthly Closing Schedule

  • Confirming with PC HQ about global closing schedule.

  • Arranging closing schedule and distribute the notice with updated formula.

  • Preparing Business Plan Reports and Year-End Evaluation Reports

  • Reviewing the BP policies of PLSA and announce the schedule and summarize consolidate the data

  • Preparing BP review meeting material and summarize the data.

  • Analyzing each business line and compile data.

  • Summarizing the year-end evaluation report with HR for bonus calculation.

  • Investigate, resolve or report to the accounting manager any inconsistencies or improprieties.

  • Review and interpret accounting policies and procedures

  • Review general ledger accounts and correct journal entries

  • Perform accounting analysis, such as, but not limited to: Balance sheet accounts, Expense and salary accruals, Department expense analysis

  • Assist in performing monthly balance sheet, income statement and changes in financial position/budget variance analysis

  • Prepare cash flow forecast and other ad-hoc requests.

  • Prepare financial reports and related statements, charts, tables and other exhibits

  • Assist in budget / forecast preparation

What You'll Bring:

Education/Experience

  • BS or BA Degree in Accounting or BS BA with a concentration in accounting

  • 3 to 5 years accounting experience should have a thorough working knowledge of accounting department functions as mentioned above

  • Computer literacy in Excel spreadsheet, Word, Outlook, and related software, in addition to SAP, WING, QuickBooks PRO a huge plus.

  • Analytical abilities to conduct research and have the ability to develop more sophisticated methods of compiling accounting reports.

  • Ability and experience to effectively train lower-level accounting members.

  • Reconcile sub-ledger to general ledger account balances

  • Maintain accurate account and data reconciliation including supporting sub-ledgers, journals, and other financial documentation within a cost-efficient operation.

Communications

  • Strong skills in order to clearly communicate with all levels in the accounting department and also make presentations to small groups
