We are looking for a highly motivated operations professional that will provide sales and business operations support to the Global Partner Channel (GPC) team in efforts to accelerate and scale the growth of our partner business. This individual will be a strategic business partner to segment(s) of our Americas GPC organization by executing support functions essential to sales force productivity. These include planning, reporting, process optimization, pipeline realization, on-boarding, and compensation design and administration.

*What you get to do in this role: *

  • Be the Partner Operations business partner to GPC leaders in the Americas GEO

  • Provide regular and ad-hoc intelligence for insights into business drivers, performance-to-targets and areas of risks

  • Communicate appropriate policy and best practices to ensure understanding of internal policies and guidelines

  • Involved in preparing presentation package for Quarterly Business Review (QBR) or other leadership presentations

  • Contribute to development of key performance metrics to help drive sales productivity

  • Ability to drive planning efforts and meet timelines related to quota setting and compensation

  • Be a subject matter expert to identify data and process gaps and work with extended teams (IT, Change Management, Enablement etc) to drive evolution with near-term and long-term solutions

  • Manage duties as required to drive accurate and frictionless close of business; month and quarter-end responsibilities

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to drive/influence business and operational objectives

  • Other ad hoc responsibilities as required in support of the organization needs

To be successful in this role you have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred

  • 2-4+ years in a Partner Operations or Sales Operations role or related experience in a software sales organization

  • Comfortable with large amount of data with ability to synthesize reports for executive and/or field sales audiences

  • Experience in working with CRM / PRM / Analytics applications and tools

  • Organized, with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with ability to navigate through all levels of management

  • Track-record of working in a matrixed environment for positive outcomes across a variety of internal teams

  • Positive “can do” attitude and highly analytical; enjoys challenges

  • Proficient in PPT, Word, and Excel

Ideal qualifications include:

  • 5+ years experience

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to drive conflict resolution

  • Ability to work in an aggressive, fast paced environment while managing multiple priorities

  • Results driven mentality

  • Team player with positive attitude

  • Experience and understanding of channel partnerships and partner programs is a plus

For positions in California (outside of the Bay Area), we offer a base pay of $88,300 - $145,700, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs (subject to eligibility requirements). Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located, and is subject to change based on work location. For individuals who will be working in the Bay Area, there is a pay enhancement for positions located in that geographical area; please contact your recruiter for additional information.
