How You Will Make an Impact:

Seeking a Finance Senior Manager who will provide finance and business partnering leadership to support distribution & logistics spend for LSLPG, BPG & GSG Divisions. This role will own the financial planning and analytics and be the business partner for the Distribution and transportation Operations team. . This role will lead a finance team of two members and provide valuable decision support, identify and implement operational improvement opportunities and develop a strong finance team.

What You Will Do:

  • Lead AOP / Forecast / QBR discussion for Distribution & Logistics spend.

  • Supervise and analyze financials, including leading monthly and quarterly reporting for Distribution, Freight & Duties, transportation cost. etc.

  • Analyze financial and business performance against key business metrics relating for F&D, logistics spend and CAPEX.

  • Work with Freight Pay and Audit company on onboarding new carriers

  • Work with transportation and local finance teams on monthly freight accruals

  • Lead logistics efficiency trackers and report out

  • Understands and deploys the best tools / methods to effectively communicate sophisticated data and topics

  • Develops high quality effective presentations (i.e., engaging, motivating, concise, well-prep)

  • Identify, communicate, and lead risk & opportunities

  • Build and develop an impactful team of financial analyst

How You Will Get Here:

Education

  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting is required

Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years of people management experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of business operations and finance experience

  • Experience in leading and running a distributed team

  • Prior experience in a large global company and highly matrixed organization

  • Proficient at understanding and proactively presenting the financial implications of business decisions and dynamics

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • An ideal candidate will possess excellent academic credentials and strong finance skills

  • Proven understanding of Excel (i.e., financial models and analysis), PowerPoint, and Hyperion is helpful

  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills

  • Proven business partner and doer

Travel Requirements

10% domestic/international travel required
