Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Medical Device Recall Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating and coordinating medical device recall projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and adhering to critical timelines. This role requires strong project management skills, risk mitigation expertise, and the ability to collaborate effectively across various functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Coordination: Facilitate and coordinate medical device recall projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and adherence to critical timelines.

Risk Mitigation: Manage risk mitigation efforts for medical device recalls, enhancing patient safety through strategic oversight and account management.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitate cross-functional collaboration for remediation plan implementation, task assignment, and deadline management.

Risk Assessments and Documentation: Conduct risk assessments, strategize effective solutions, and maintain detailed project documentation to support regulatory compliance and project efficiency.

Customer Support: Provide customer support to stakeholders, addressing inquiries and ensuring effective communication.

Skills and Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Engineering, Life Sciences, Business Administration).

Proven experience in project management, preferably in the medical device industry.

Strong understanding of regulatory standards and compliance requirements for medical device recalls.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
