Intuit Principal Technology Partner, Internal Mobility in San Diego, California

Overview

We are seeking a Principal People & Places Technology Partner for Internal Mobility, who is passionate about transforming and scaling internal mobility solutions through end-to-end tech and data solutions. What you'll bring

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field; equivalent experience will be considered

  • 10+ years of experience in HR tech, product management, product strategy, and product execution

  • Experience working on internal mobility, talent acquisition, and career development initiatives, with a focus on business architecture and end-to-end tech capabilities

  • Demonstrated experience driving data-driven product strategies and execution plans, with a deep understanding of data by design principles

  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to coach and inspire teams to make timely and data-driven decisions, using data to inform business architecture and end-to-end technology capabilities

  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across functions and levels, and translate complex technical concepts into business language

  • Deep understanding of technology and its power to drive business impacts

How you will lead

  • Partner with an Internal Mobility mission based team to drive tech and data strategy and blueprint to drive the internal mobility outcomes and metrics that help drive talent decisions.

  • Work across tech and data teams, develop and implement end-to-end solutions using data by design principles

  • Provide boundaryless leadership and connect design strategies across Internal Mobility, Performance, Talent Acquisition initiatives to ensure integrated end-to-end design

  • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders on goals, planning, and prioritization to deliver end-to-end customer experiences, underpinned by data-driven insights

  • Advocate for and drive improvements in process, systems, and product beyond the offering, with a focus on building a strong data culture throughout the organization

  • As a senior member of the People Analytics, Research and Technology (PART) team, actively collaborate to mature and scale PART business operations by upgrading tools and processes

  • Reinforce and contribute to P&P technology standards and practices, leveraging tooling, dashboards, and technology roadmap to deliver innovative products designed with data-driven insights

  • Drive organizational effectiveness by coaching teams on effective communication, leading by example, listening actively with empathy, and developing change strategies that incorporate data-driven insights.
