Responsibilities

• Work with project lead to develop, document, and achieve product development milestones and deliverables.

• Translating systems requirements into efficient digital implementations that meet stringent performance specifications.

• Architecture, specification, design, and verification of ASIC/FPGA designs.

• Physical implementation support, including Scan, Boundary Scan, JTAG, Synthesis, Timing Closure

• Presenting design reviews.

• Lead and provide support to the internal/external HW implementation teams, driving and conducting reviews with the development teams, defining and leading pre-Si validation activity

• Develop validation and test strategies in cooperation with system, design and test teams

• Develop and present technical product documentation to customers and for training

• Lab test and supporting the commercialization of new HW and/or features.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or related field, plus 15 years experience.

• Experienced using Verilog for designing high speed digital designs, state machines, SoC, Interfaces. DSP experience is a plus.

• Experience with modern digital and mixed-signal verification methodologies

• Understanding of DFT principles in IC design

• Experienced in phases of implementation: synthesis, LEC, timing closure, etc

• History of successful designs and providing support through to high volume production

*Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $158,400 - $205,800 (subject to change dependent on physical location)

Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. Qorvo reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as external competitiveness and internal comparability.
