Aston Carter Part Time Logistics Coordinator in San Diego, California

Job Title: Part Time Logistics CoordinatorJob Description

This position focuses on tradeshow logistics and event management. As a part-time role, it requires flexibility. The tradeshow schedule for the next year is being finalized, and we need assistance in locking everything in for the upcoming year. You will be responsible for creating PowerPoint presentations to explain progress to the team. This role has the potential to transition into a full-time position. While the work is not tough, it involves a lot of details and organization, making it very time-consuming. We are looking for someone with tradeshow experience who can bring fresh ideas to the table. Responsibilities include booking flights, managing expenses, handling swag, coordinating hotels, marketing, webinars, conferences, sales meetings, and managing email and social media communications.

Job Type

This is a contract position with a duration of 3 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in San Diego, California and some days remote.

Work Environment

Part-time schedule of 20 hours per week with flexibility. Ideally, you will work 3 days in the office, with at least 1 day mandatory. The team meets in the office on Mondays, and it would be beneficial to be available for quick questions and check emails once a day. The contract length is at least 3 months, with the possibility of extending to 6 months.
