Job Title: Manufacturing Associate

Job Description

Join our team as a Manufacturing Associate I and contribute to producing standard and/or custom medical devices that meet customer requirements. In this role, you will follow standard work instructions and company policies to manufacture products in a team-oriented environment. Responsibilities include adhering to department SOPs, operating and maintaining equipment as needed, visually inspecting product quality and escalating issues, identifying and recommending dispositions for defective items, understanding the entire manufacturing process, completing all required documentation and training, maintaining a safe and clean work area, wearing appropriate PPE, adhering to safety standards, and cross-training in various manufacturing areas. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.

Hard Skills

• At least 6 months of manufacturing experience (medical device, food and beverage, etc)

• Must be okay working in a messy environment and around powders

• Must be able to heavy lift up to 50 lbs.

• Must have good computer skills to access excel and other software systems

Overview:

• Located: Mira Mesa, CA

• $17/hr.

• Monday - Friday 1:30pm - 10:00pm

• Must be able to train on 1st shift for 6-8 weeks
