One year’s experience in a supervisory role preferred Experience leading an interdisciplinary care/rehabilitation team; Experience in a community/homecare setting Required Certifications and Licensures: Degree and licensure in the state (s) of practice for physical therapist; Occupational therapist or speech language pathologist with a minimum of three years’ experience in at least one of the following: Rehabilitation, Medical Surgical or Sub-specialty Units such as Oncology, Endocrine, Orthopedic, Cardiopulmonary, Gerontology or Neurology preferred Current CPR certification required Come As You Are At AccentCare, our care is most compassionate when we empathize and engage with everyone, and we are at our best when we value diverse perspectives, foster open dialogue, and enact change.
