What You’ll Do

As a Field Service Site Lead, you’ll take charge of field service operations, ensuring our customers receive exceptional service. You’ll lead a dedicated team of technicians, tackle complex technical challenges, and drive efficiency in a fast-paced environment. Your day-to-day will include:

Leadership & Team Management

  • Inspire and manage a team of technicians at your site.

  • Foster a positive, customer-focused culture.

  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide hands-on support.

Field Operations Excellence

  • Coordinate and schedule field visits to meet customer needs.

  • Oversee resolution of complex technical issues.

  • Maintain compliance with safety and quality standards.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build strong relationships with key customers.

  • Serve as the main point of contact for escalated concerns.

  • Collaborate with sales to identify new service opportunities.

Quality & Continuous Improvement

  • Implement quality assurance procedures to uphold service standards.

  • Conduct inspections and audits of fieldwork.

  • Drive initiatives to enhance service efficiency and effectiveness.

Resource Management & Reporting

  • Manage inventory of spare parts and equipment.

  • Maintain accurate service records and generate performance reports.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll need:

  • Experience: 3+ years in field service (or equivalent military experience) required with at least 1 year of leadership experience in field service preferred.

  • Skills: Strong technical, organizational, and communication abilities.

  • Education: High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency with Microsoft Office and service management tools.

  • Bonus: OSHA training and experience with service contracts.

Must-Haves:

  • A clean driving record and valid driver’s license.

  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
