Description

Our company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to be a part of our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing customer relationships by providing excellent customer service and responding to needs and enquiries in a professional and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle high volume of inbound calls and customer inquiries.

• Identify and assess customers' needs to exceed customer satisfaction.

• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.

• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by utilizing the right methods/tools.

• Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information.

• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.

• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.

• Work with customer service team to ensure prompt and accurate service and increase customer satisfaction.

  Requirements

• Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.

• Strong phone handling skills and active listening.

• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.

• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

• High school degree; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times.
