TEKsystems Customer Service Representative in San Diego, California

Job Description

Inbound call center for members and providers to answer questions regarding prescription insurance coverage.

SCHEDULE-

5am-6pm Mon-Fri

*Must be open to working a shift within the range above.

Company typically requires mandatory 10 hours of OT each week during open enrollment, which is in the Fall.

Shift Bids:

They do a shift bid based on performance. Shift bid is at the end of training and rankings are based on total points on tests during training.

Training:

Mon-Fri 7am-330pm PST for 4 weeks

Week 1-3 In classroom training via Zoom

Week 4 On the floor and on the phone.

Pay: $21/hr

Location: 10181 Scripps Gateway Ct, San Diego, CA 92131

Start Date: December 2nd, 2024

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of call center experience

  • Average job tenure of one year

  • Healthcare/pharmacy is a plus but not required.
