Position Overview

We are seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to act as the primary point of contact for clients, donors, and community partners. In this role, you will manage incoming inquiries, coordinate service requests, and ensure smooth communication across teams. The ideal candidate is organized, compassionate, and committed to delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced, people-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client & Community Support: Respond to phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries with professionalism and care.

  • Service Coordination: Schedule client appointments, manage service requests, and ensure timely follow-ups.

  • Resource Navigation: Provide information about the organization’s programs and connect clients with relevant resources.

  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, update databases, and assist with reporting requirements.

  • Internal Collaboration: Work closely with program managers, volunteers, and external partners to streamline support services.

  • Outreach & Engagement: Assist in organizing community events, workshops, and awareness campaigns.

    Requirements

Qualifications

  • Experience: 1-3 years of customer service or administrative experience, preferably in a nonprofit or community-focused setting.

  • Skills: Excellent communication, active listening, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Technology: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM or case management software.

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus).

  • Attributes: Compassionate, adaptable, and passionate about serving the community.
