TEKsystems CRM Marketing Specialist in San Diego, California

Location: Remote – must live in California, Washington, or Arizona

Contract Length: 8 months, extension/full-time conversion upon mutual fit & budget approval

Rate: 54/hour

Top Skills – MUST HAVE

· Experience building CRM marketing campaigns (email, push, or SMS)

· ESP experience – (the team uses Braze, but any experience with another ESP like Salesforce or Eloqua, etc. works)

· HTML experience

Connect with internal stakeholders (via email or kick off meetings) to discuss goals, requirements, timing and next steps for a prioritized list of incoming campaign requests. - Collaborate closely with Marketing Managers, other internal or external stakeholders to identify requirements and align on specific questions relating to the execution of campaigns, including change requests. - Build Email, Push and SMS campaign logic, including ad-hoc campaigns and automations based on customer data, event triggers and more. - Build segments and audiences using existing segmentation tools. - Basic HTML troubleshooting and building of emails within the Email Service Provider interface. - Perform manual quality assurance of your work, with extreme attention to detail, and be the second pair of eyes for other campaign producers. - Run ad-hoc and set up automated reporting using the ESP reporting tools, and Tableau campaign dashboards. - Help us improve! Experience building and sending emails from Braze preferable, with 1+ years of experience working in the platform - Intermediate knowledge of HTML, with the ability to troubleshoot and tweak the HTML if necessary to correct bugs/issues. - Intermediate of a marketing script language (liquid script preferred) - Experience sending push/SMS/In-App notifications strongly preferred. - Extreme attention to detail. - Very thorough/rigorous approach to quality control. - Able to communicate very effectively in a fast-paced environment to get the right alignment and collaboration to get the job done. - Experience coordinating tasks and deliverables across small teams to deliver results on time. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills to build strong working relationships. - Ability to learn new tasks and execute them in a fast-paced environment. - Self-motivated, thinks and reacts quickly, with strong problem-solving skills. - Strong time management skills, applying great judgment to prioritize tasks, set realistic expectations, and meet them. - Familiarity with ticketing systems/tracking tools (E.g. SMARTSHEET).
