Historically, the travel requirement for this position has ranged from 80-100%. For now, all KPMG business travel, international and domestic, is currently restricted to client-essential sales/delivery activity only. KPMG is currently seeking a Communications Lead to join our Advisory Technology Organization.
Lead communications team and projects for the Advisory Technology Organization within KPMG
Create and deliver engaging and effective communications for multiple channels - including in-house portal, announcements, video, print, executive slides/presentations, meetings and events
Drive and develop communications technology strategy by developing the approach, managing timelines, identifying and managing risks/issues and escalating when appropriate
Develop and implement communications, tools and processes
Continually seek out ways to improve existing communication channels and processes to help us better reach and engage employees
Build and manage relationships with individuals at all levels of responsibility and authority
Minimum five years of recent experience with change management, communications initiatives, leading teams and projects; experience with marketing, writing and branding
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
Familiarity with UX design and user-friendly UI content that meets the needs of the target audience
Must be able to prioritize, delegate and foster the development of high-performance teams to lead/support an environment driven by customer service and teamwork with strong verbal/written communication skills
Strong trouble-shooting and organizational skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
