Job Title: CNC Machinist IV

Job Description

We are seeking a CNC Machinist IV who will perform all work safely, utilizing proper personal protective equipment. You will work independently following Standard Work and drawing specifications. Your duties will include checking and testing production to ensure product quality, utilizing precision measuring instruments, performing machine set-ups, and making minor machine/program adjustments. You will also train other employees, perform operational checks, update production status boards, and communicate hourly performance results. Additionally, you will assist with departmental tasks as needed.

Hard Skills

• Proper use of personal protective equipment

• Understanding of Standard Work and drawing specifications

• Inspection and testing of production outputs

• Utilization of precision measuring instruments (calipers, depth gages, thread gages, pin gages)

• Machine set-ups and minor adjustments

• Training other employees in machine operator techniques
