Safety-Kleen Class A Driver in San Diego, California
Safety-Kleen San Diego, CA is looking for a Class A Driver to join their safety conscious team! As a Class A Driver, you will be responsible for the transportation of hazardous waste from a generator/facility to a Company facility and/or an outside disposal facility adhering to Department of Transportation (DOT) and hazardous waste regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
Ensures Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times
Ensure proper loading and unloading of hazardous waste/non-hazardous waste (i.e., drums are properly segregated and loaded, etc.).
Adhered to weights and ensure proper utilization of Company equipment.
Adheres to Department of Transportation (DOT), Hazardous Materials/Waste (HAZMAT) and RCRA requirements/regulations.
Works in and around tank farms and rail sites.
What does it take to work for Safety-Kleen?
Minimum Class A CDL required
Hazmat, Tanker, Doubles, and Airbrake endorsements required
Previous route experience preferred
Ability to use a handheld device (ELD)
Strong customer service skills
Ability to drive a manual transmission
