Our client is recognized for delivering superior customer service. They are seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative who can communicate effectively in English and Spanish to join their dedicated team. The successful candidate will be adept at providing consumers with superior customer service and a positive interaction with the brand.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage large volumes of customer queries via calls, emails, or chats in both English and Spanish

• Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions, ensuring each interaction results in high customer satisfaction.

• Maintain a deep understanding of products and services to handle questions and complaints efficiently.

• Work with the customer service team to develop proper and effective customer service procedures, policies, and standards.

• Record interactions with customers and maintain customer records.

• Provide feedback, recommendations, and reports on customer service insights and trends.

  Requirements

• Proficiency in English and Spanish

• Proven customer support experience or experience in a similar role.

• Good understanding of customer service practices.

• Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.

• Proficient in the relevant computer systems, applications, and equipment.

Education and Experience: High School Diploma, General Education Degree, or equivalent. Experience in customer service roles is a plus.
